JARIEL BORTNICK
Jariel Bortnick is a founder and principal of Quad Property Group. Before founding Quad Property Group, Jariel practiced real estate law in the New York office of Blank Rome LLP, an international law firm with over 500 attorneys. Prior to Blank Rome, he served as Vice President of Gladstone Development Corp., a Greenwich, Connecticut-based real estate private equity firm that owns and operates a large portfolio of commercial real estate. Jariel started his career as an associate in the real estate department of Bilzin Sumberg LLP, a prominent Miami-based law firm. Jariel graduated from The University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and received a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida’s law school. He is a member of the New York Bar and the Florida Bar.

MICHAEL KASHAN
Michael Kashan is a founder and principal of Quad Property Group. Before founding Quad Property Group, Michael spent time working in various facets of the real estate industry from finance to brokerage and most recently, large scale real estate development. Projects that he has worked on have included 110 First Street in Jersey City, 145 West Street in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn and 432 East 14th Street in Manhattan. Michael graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and received an MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

GARY FORMAN
Gary Forman, CPA, is a Director at Quad Property Group. Before joining Quad Property Group, Gary was a Director with FTI Consulting’s Real Estate Finance practice. At FTI, Gary advised real estate and asset management clients (typically $100B+ AUM) on business transformations, new product launches, and other strategic matters and initiatives. Prior to FTI, Gary was an associate in the financial services department of Ernst & Young LLP in New York, where, among other things, he led audits and in-depth reviews of clients’ financial reporting. He graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and received a Master’s degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

JUSTIN BRINDGER
Justin Brindger is Director – Industrial Acquisitions at Quad Property Group. Before joining Quad Property Group, Justin worked in capital markets advisory at Columbia National Real Estate Finance, where he arranged debt and joint venture equity for various asset types. Prior to Columbia National, Justin was a Development Manager at Skanska, one of the world’s largest construction and development firms, where he was involved in major development projects in the Washington, DC area. Before Skanska, he was an associate in JLL’s Government Services Group and, prior to that, he began his career at the Trammell Crow Company, where he was part of an industrial team based in the Philadelphia office. Justin graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor’s degree and received a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.

ALEX MOTLEY
Alex Motley is a Vice President at Quad Property Group. Before joining Quad Property Group, Alex was a Senior Associate with Harbor Group International, a leading multifamily investment manager. At Harbor, Alex was responsible for the asset management of a 4,500-unit value-add and core-plus multifamily portfolio with a value in excess of $1.3B. Prior to Harbor, Alex was an Associate in Corporate Finance at Bridgewater Associates, a Westport, CT-based hedge fund. He graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics.

JASON TAYLOR
Jason Taylor is a Vice President at Quad Property Group. Before joining Quad Property Group, Jason was a Regional Director of Construction and Maintenance for 13 years with Asset Living and its predecessor entity, First Communities. At Asset Living, Jason was responsible for construction management and maintenance supervision for a large portfolio of multifamily properties throughout the Southeast and mid-Atlantic.
